Weekly sales roundup for Katy, week ending Dec. 16

There were 77 sales in Katy for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 19543 Elmtree Estates Drive. Melissa Rogers and Shane Rogers sold the home to Syed Realty LLC on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The 1,350-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1983 and is located in the Highland Creek Village subdivision.
