According to a press release, Adina Mayo, a teacher at James E. Taylor High School in Katy ISD for the past eight years, is graduating with a Masters in Art Education from Texas Tech University. In order to fulfill her graduation requirements she had to complete a body of art work (a thesis exhibition) expressing her life. For this exhibition Mayo decided to abandon traditional ways that she had always worked in art, those being ceramics, sculpture, and painting and try something entirely new for her thesis exhibition, deciding on quilting and textiles.
The Katy Advanced Dermatology clinic is at 430 S. Mason Road, No. 101.
