The Cinco Ranch High School robotics team showcased its robot at Reliant Stadium on Friday, Dec. 28.

The school's Bill Waters, Elizabeth Waters, Marc Outlaw and Mericyn Daunis attended the event.

According to a press release from Cinco Ranch High School, "The Cinco Ranch High School Robotics Team 624 was invited by ExxonMobil to represent For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology robotics at the Meineke Car Care Texas Bowl. ExxonMobil sponsored a large booth/demonstration area at TexFest, the bowl’s official pre-game activity center. Here, Team 624, along with Houston ISD’s Team 57 and Saint Agnes/Strake Jesuit’s Team 2847 showed football fans how FIRST Robotics Competition has allowed them to experience solving real-world engineering and technology problems and had a positive influence on their education/career choices in high school and beyond."
