Weekly sales roundup for Katy, week ending Dec. 23

There were 63 sales in Katy for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 22511 Deville Drive. Aisha's Styling Salon LLC and Ali Parzivand sold the home to Angela A. Khosla and Uday Khosla on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The 2,521-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1978 and is located in the West Memorial neighborhood.
