Mayde Creek grad Adolph plays in Schreiner loss
Katy native Colby Adolph contributed five points to Schreiner University's 76-75 loss to conference rival Hardin-Simmons on Thursday, Jan. 24, Schreiner's website reported.
The senior forward also recorded six rebounds and two assists for the Mountaineers, who are 7-13 on the season and 3-11 in the American Southwest Conference.
Schreiner's next game is at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 at home against Hardin-Simmons University.
Adolph is a 2009 graduate of Mayde Creek High School.
During her junior season (2011-2012) with the Mountaineers, Adolph was an academic all-conference selection.
The daughter of Willie and Tikila Adolph, she is majoring in biochemistry/pre-pharmacy, with a minor in Spanish.
