Four new custom homebuilders come to Cross Creek Ranch

Cross Creek Ranch has announced four new builders in The Lakes at Cross Creek Ranch, its gated custom-home neighborhood.

The cost of the homes ranges from $650,000 to $1 million, from builders Avanti Custom Homes, Huntington Homes, Partners in Building and Taylor Morrison Homes. The neighborhood is limited to 36 homesites and each one has a view of the lake. The community also featured an aquatics complex and recreation center.

"It's by far one of the most convenient neighborhoods you'll find in the community," Cross Creek general manager Rob Bamford stated in a press release. "We're receiving inquiries about it every day."

Cross Creek Ranch is a project of the Johnson Development Corp. and is located just south of the I-10 Energy Corridor. It is one of the country's top-selling master-planned communities.

Several parks are located within walking distance of every neighborhood. Cross Creek plans to open a second pool on Memorial Day weekend. It will join the community's signature water park at Adventure Island, which features a 200-foot water slide, a splash-n-spray park, wading pool and tanning shelves with water jets.
