Seven Lakes grad Pinkney contributes to Austin State victory
Seven Lakes High School graduate Trey Pinkney scored two points in Stephen F. Austin State University's 72-36 home win over conference rival University of Central Arkansas on Thursday, Feb. 7 at Johnson Coliseum in Nacogdoches, the SFA website reported.
Pinkney also recorded one rebound, two assists and three steals for the Lumberjacks, who improved to 19-2 on the season and 10-2 in the Southland Conference.
Stephen F. Austin State's next game is 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14 at Nicholls State.
Pinkney is a freshman guard for Stephen F. Austin State University. He is a 2012 graduate of Seven Lakes High School in Katy where he was MVP. Pinkney is from Katy.
