SOF K9 Memorial fundraiser scheduled for Feb. 22-23

The Special Operations Forces K9 Memorial fundraiser is set to take place from 6 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Feb. 22-23 in Katy.

According to a press release from SOF K9 Memorial, "A fundraiser is being held to build a memorial recognizing Special Operations Forces canine soldiers killed in action. The memorial will feature a life-sized bronze Belgian malinois wearing his deployment gear."

The event will be held at Starbucks Coffee Company, at 19914 Park Row.
