Seven Lakes grad Pinkney plays in SFA loss
Seven Lakes High School graduate Trey Pinkney played for Stephen F. Austin State University in a 54-50 loss to conference rival Southeastern Louisiana on Saturday, Feb. 16 at University Center in Hammond, La., the SFA website reported.
The freshman guard and the Lumberjacks are 21-3 on the season and 12-2 in the Southland Conference.
SFA's next game is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 at Sam Houston State.
Pinkney is a 2012 graduate of Seven Lakes High School in Katy where he was MVP. Pinkney is from Katy.
