Seven Lakes grad Jones plays in Truman State loss
Seven Lakes High School graduate Jaylon Jones played for Truman State University in a 76-64 loss at conference rival University of Central Missouri on Wednesday, Feb. 27 at the UCM Multipurpose Building in Warrensburg, Mo., the Truman State website reported.
The freshman forward and the Bulldogs are 9-16 on the season and 6-11 in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
Truman State's next game is 3:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2 at Northwest Missouri State University.
Jones is a 2012 graduate of Seven Lakes High School in Katy where he won all-district honors. Jones is from Katy.
